This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through:

Skindalicious is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

All orders require the same billing address and shipping address. No Exceptions.

SKINDALICIOUS SHIPPING

Skindalicious delivers locally throughout the country (United States) and makes international shipments. Products are shipped from the United States.

Skindalicious delivers internationally via secure and express mail (FedEx/DHL/UPS).

Skindalicious orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Skindalicious will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

SHIPPING COSTS

Skindalicious offers Free Shipping on all orders.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are processed and shipped the same day. If the product is not in stock, the buyer will be informed through the contact information.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times may vary depending on the customer’s delivery location and will be calculated and shown on the checkout.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Skindalicious provide the tracking numbers, between 2-3 days after payment is successful through the payment processor. Once your order has been processed, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.

 

DELAYS

Skindalicious is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Skindalicious is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Skindalicious will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

 

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Skindalicious recommends customers provide a secure delivery address; Skindalicious will not ship to any address other than the customer’s billing address. No exceptions. Skindalicious is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Skindalicious makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
