Although many people look forward to bathing in the warm sand along the beach, some don’t enjoy this season, especially those who have dry skin. So how can you keep your skin hydrated during summer? You can achieve this by;
- Keep Skin Moisturized
During summer, expect your skin to lose a lot of moisture. That is why it is important to keep hydrating to compensate for the lost water. It is advisable to take ten glasses of water daily and eat more fruits. Milk and honey are good for moisturizing; therefore, it is good to use them before sleeping.
2. Cleanse & Exfoliate
It is essential to cleanse your face and use a scrubber to scrub your skin. Washing your skin gets rid of dirt and unclogs your skin’s pores. Make sure to follow this procedure besides the moisturizing lotions and facemasks you use.
3. Use Sunscreen

Summers are hot, and taking hot showers feels like you are frying yourself in the shower. Hot showers and steam baths dehydrate your skin.
